05 — Founders

The people behind The Watt Club

Stefan-Sebastian Micu, co-founder of The Watt Club

Stefan-Sebastian Micu

Co-founder

Romanian-born and based in Peterborough, Stefan studied Informatics Management at the Romanian-American University and is completing a BSc (Hons) in Business Management at Buckinghamshire New University. Stefan has spent two decades looking after customers and building businesses.

That experience sets the standard of care at The Watt Club. Stefan believes no customer should have to take an energy decision on trust. You get a clear picture of how you use energy today, what each option will cost and what it will save, and how to get the most from your system once it is running: which tariff to choose, when to charge your battery and how to read the results. Every question gets a plain answer, in your own language, before and after installation.

Ahmed's background is in accounting and in Egypt's regulated securities and financial services sector. He rose from client account manager to Branch Manager at a securities brokerage, where he led operations, compliance and client service standards.

He brings the same discipline to The Watt Club. Ahmed makes sure the numbers are clear before you commit: how much energy you use, what each option costs and what return you can expect. Your investment decision rests on evidence you can check for yourself.
